Student Support

Study coach

If you have questions about your studies or problems with your specific course, you can contact the study counsellor or study coach for your study programme.

The study counsellor or study coach for your study programme is an expert when it comes to this course of study and any problems that may arise (for instance delays, planning, examination rules, group divisions).

Mentor, tutor, coach and lecturer

As a first-year student you have a mentor, tutor or coach who you can approach if you have any questions or problems. This means that you always have a first point of contact. Many lecturers are also happy to talk to students.
