Every student has rights and obligations. The Avans University of Applied Sciences Students' Charter sets out the rights and obligations of studens enrolled with the institution, relating to everything from teaching to legal protection. These rights include your right to submit a complaint and your right to submit a notice of objection or appeal against a decision of the Avans Executive board or Examination Board.
