Great offer for Avans students looking for a room in Tilburg

200 temporary student housing units available next to Avans’ Cobbenhagenlaan location in Tilburg. This new student complex of Magis Real Estate, known as ‘The Garden, CobbenCampus’, has a great offer for Avans students.
Avans students who register at Magis Rent will get priority. And students under 23 years of age get a discount as well (unit type A). The monthly rent after discount is €394, excluding service costs (housing benefit possible).
The monthly charges can be broken down as follows:

** This housing benefit calculation is for a student under 23 years of age who earns less than 17,000 euros per year.
The studios
This rental price includes the following:
- a furnished room (housing unit type A), including box spring bed with mattress topper, wardrobe, television (4K ultra HD 43 inch) and internet connection.
- fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combi oven, induction hob, dining table and chairs.
- air conditioning.
- communal garden.

You can register at www.magisrent.nl (‘The Garden – CobbenCampus’). You will then be put on the list of interested parties. When an Avans housing unit becomes available, Avans students on the list will be called in order of registration, to see whether they are interested.
If you are allocated a housing unit, you will have to provide your Avans certificate of enrolment.
