Refund of tuition fees

If you drop out of your course of study, for whatever reason, you are entitled to a refund of tuition fees in most cases.

You are entitled to a proportional part of the tuition fees you have already paid for each month remaining in the academic year after the termination of your enrolment. The law states that you are not entitled to any refund if the termination of your enrolment takes effect in July or August.

If you paid the fees in a lump sum, you will receive a refund once the total amount to be paid for the academic year in question has been calculated. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, no further amounts will be collected once the total amount to be paid for the academic year in question has been calculated.
